The Opal Dancey Memorial Foundation has provided grants to students seeking a Master of Divinity degree and who will be serving in pulpit ministry.
Requirements:
- Grants are awarded for the study of a Master of Divinity degree only
- To be eligible, the candidate must be a full time student and fulfill one of the following three requirements:
- Plan to attend an accredited theological seminary located within the Great Lakes region OR
- Plan to attend Asbury Theological SeminaryOR
- Be a resident of the Great Lakes region or have been a resident for at least 2 years of a Great Lakes state. In this situation the applicant can attend an accredited theological seminary outside of the Great Lakes region.
